161/2 A, B & C Blake Lane

Scotts Valley

Habitat for Humanity Santa Cruz County has  begun construction of three new affordable homes on Blake Lane in Scotts Valley.

Three families have been selected for these homes, and will soon begin working with volunteers to build their homes. Each familiy must fulfill 500 hours of sweat equity before purchasing their homes. Friends and families may complete 150 of these sweat equity hours.

These homes are scheduled for completion late 2012 or early 2013.

Scotts Valley City Council member, Stephany Aguilar called the project a "dream come true."

Future Builds
